EXCITING NEWS FROM MOOSE INTERNATIONAL

New Short- Term Campaign For Membership Enrollment for All Fraternal Units

New Short-Term Membership Campaign Announced

The Membership Department is pleased to present a short-term membership campaign unlike any campaign previously introduced.  This is your opportunity to invite your friends, relatives and associates to climb aboard the Moose Member-Ship!

Lodge members and WOTM Co-workers that sponsor two applications during this campaign will have their names entered in a drawing to win one of three cruises for two aboard the Carnival Splendor, which sails to the Mexican Riviera from October 10-17, 2010.  For each additional application reported during the campaign period, the sponsor will receive another entry in the drawing.  All applications must be transmitted to Moose International via LCL.Net by 10:00 PM CDT on May 31, 2010 to be eligible.  Should an applicant be rejected by the Lodge's membership, please contact the Membership Department promptly at (630) 966-2258

Cruises will be awarded on April 1May 1 and June 1, 2010.  Sponsors are eligible to receive only one of the three cruises-for-two packages.  The award is for the cruise only; it does not include air transportation to Los Angeles.  Cruise tickets are transferable, but they must be used for the October 10 departure.

As an added bonus, if both applicants are reported as enrolled into the Lodge or Chapter by May 31, 2010, Moose International will pay the sponsor's next year's dues.  It's so simple - sponsor two applicants between March 1 & May 31, make sure they are enrolled by the end of the campaign and WAVE NEXT YEAR'S DUES GOODBYE!

This campaign will run from March 1 - May 31, 2010.  In years past, end-of-year campaigns came to a close on April 30.  By extending the campaign into May, your unit could experience both a strong finish to the current year and a jump-start to your efforts in 2010-2011.

Sponsors during this short-term campaign will earn credit toward all current membership campaigns and programs, including "Be a Piece of the Solution", the Moose International 5 Club, the Moose 25 Club, the Director General's Circle of Distinction and Women of the Moose Heart of Distinction.

There is also an end-of-year campaign for the Moose Legion that will run from March 1 - May 31, 2010.  This is an opportunity for Moose Legionnaires to invite friends, relatives and associates to climb aboard the Moose Legion Train, as we are "ON THE MOVE" to build membership in the Degree of Service.  Moose Legionnaires that sponsor two (2) applications during this campaign AND get them enrolled and reported on LCL by 10:00 PM CDT on May 31, 2010 will receive a year's Moose Legion dues for free. These sponsors will then also have their names entered in a drawing to win one of three Moose Legion life memberships to be awarded on June 1, 2010.

Sponsors during this short-term campaign will continue to earn credit toward all current membership campaigns and programs, including Medal of Honor for achieving a minimum of 50 membership units - and any higher division recognition (plus qualification for the 25 Club Party for those Medal of Honor recipients who earn it) and earning the Elite Moose Legionnaire Ring for attaining 100 membership units, or higher divisions.

Detailed information on the campaign and electronic versions of the campaign posters are currently available in the "Members Only" section of the Moose International website.  The campaign mailing will arrive in Lodges, Chapters and Moose Legions during the week of March 1.

Best wishes for a successful campaign and thank you for your continuing support of our Order.
